This Question is due to Lausanne Agreement . So let's try to Know that Will the Ottoman Empire rise again ? 

 History of Lauzan agreement :-

The Ottoman Empire, which became a caliphate of Muslims , three hundred years after its existence and gave a great Muslim empire, which was the last sign of the rise of the Muslims, was abolished by the British under a treaty called the Treaty of Lausanne. 

Many things were not made public in this agreement but some important public make to aware were following :-

Sauctions :-

1. • Turkey will be a secular country, meaning that many other nations besides Muslims could live here.
2. • Turkey will never be able to benefit from its minerals , like petrol , gas , gold that are present in large amount in land of turkey . 
3. • Turkey will not be able to collect taxes from ships passing through the ABBNA E BASFORAS

Time period of Sauctions

The whole Sauctions were for one hundred years ,  It means that Turkey will be over these sanctions for a hundred years. 

These restrictions were applied in 1923 , means that in 2023 all restriction will expired . But if you thought that Ottoman Empire will also restored than you are absolutely wrong . 

Look at the map of Ottoman Empire . It includes 40 countries of present . If Tayyab Ordugan tried to restore the Empire 

that forty countries can attack on Turkey that are included in the map of the Ottoman Empire, 

So , will the Ottoman Empire Rise Again ? answer is no, because it is absolutely impossible to restore the empire of that's era in this era anyway. 

Examples to Explain Reasons :-

 For example today in Italy one man would stand up and say  " I will restore the 800 year old Roman Empire. Will anyone take the country seriously?

 First of all, no one will take the man seriously at all. But if that man really has this serf, then it is possible that all countries attack on Italy or arrest that person . 

Because all the Arab continent and Europe was the part of the Roman Empire 

Proof no 2

. Another example is that if today the British prince orders that the British Empire be restored, what do you think will be restored? 

Not necessarily but Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal and many other countries including Afghanistan will attack Britain because the British Empire included the subcontinent.

 The intensity of this attack on Britain will be so much that the veto power of the United Nations will also be of no use. 

Proof no 3

Or, for example, if any Mughal rises up and says that I am of the lineage of Ameer Taimur and I will call the kingdom of Amir Timur which was called Timurid kingdom, then it is quite impossible to rehable that great biggest empire again . 

But it is possible that all the countries that came to the Timurid Empire take any action against him and arrested this man, 

Why these examples were mentioned ?

The point of all this was that no one can restore the old Empires in present world .

Reality :-

 if you think that the Ottoman Empire was only sleeping and the Ottoman Empire could be restored after a one-year ban, then you are absolutely wrong, 

because it is impossible to restore the ottoman empire beacuse in case of Empire , the treaty will only crossed 100 years in 2023 . 

This does not mean that the treaty ended. In this case, only economic sanctions were imposed on Turkey

Possibilities in 2023 :-

Now this agreement with Turkey will end in 2023 but it is absolutely impossible that the Ottoman Empire will be restored in 2023 because it was not mentioned anywhere. 

In 2023 it may be that Turkey Become the world's greatest superpower, leaving behind China . It can only call the Ottoman Empire itself. 

It is simply impossible to include all the territories that were conquered by Caliph Suleiman about three hundred years ago in this new Ottoman Empire .
